This is a follow-up email to our phone conversion we had yesterday regarding BCIT. Reportedly, the volume of 294,300 shares on 05/31/06 was a result of 36 total trades worldwide, the volume of 54,994 on 06/04/70 was the result of two trades, and the volume of 25,000 on 06/05/07 was the result of only one trade. We do not know where these trades occurred or who cleared them. These numbers can be viewed using many different services that provide stock quotes and there is no indication that these trades were done through E*TRADE FINANCIAL. I have also verified that orders for BCIT are being rejected by E*TRADE FINANCIAL at this time.
