RS a bad idea for current retail shareholders. Lets face it, 8 for 1 is to make sure this dog trades above 5 bucks a share. Then there is way less than 10m total shares. Just what kind of volume and if they do the r/s just to trade on the AMEX, that is CRAP.
CEO, just tell everyone-- "WE CAN NOT GROW THE COMPANY BY 8 TIMES, SO WE WILL JUST GUT THE SHARES 8 TIMES." What a BS excuse. Once the market digests this bs, CPNE tanks more.
