I know it is illegal to use auto dialers to place calls to numbers that have to pay for incoming calls.

But my cell phone service allows me 1500 minutes monthly..I wonder if auto dialers would still be illegal since technically I am not paying for an incoming call, but rather using my paid minutes....hmmmm....
