Well Cash Cow Moo....

Ranger Resources has a deal cut with the semi independent Puntland administration in Somalia to mine their territories for minerals....The only draw back is that the deal might be derailed by the central govt in Somalia... So there lies the risk and why the stock is beaten down so low. Hope that helps.
