JK. On a more serious note, can anyone tell me where I can
get the BEST deal commission wise when trading the penney's?

My E-Trade acct is hitting for $13 per trade. I bit stiff when buying a few hundred $'s worth or less.

I know Scottrade is $7 plus 1/2% of value. Can one do better elsewhere?
