anyone that claims to have serious money invested in a penny stock should speak with the management. there is plenty of risk in penny stocks anyway, no reason to put money into a company without doing some due diligence.

if its nothing more than a few thousand shares, then go ahead, take a shot without doing any dd. most penny stocks fail anyway.
