Ben, the thing is the big boys ARE making the market (price).

So waiting on what opportunity?

Besides, yesterday price was way lower and THAT was a better buy. So why the EXTREMELY low volume? It could have ben just lower, but it was almost dead, and that's a BIG difference..

It just doesn't seem to be any explanation that would fit.

The only thing I can come up with are 2:
- US dictates the PPS so TO had to stand by
- TO was believing markets and PPS to dip lower, but it (plan) changed at the last moment
But still....
