We finally took control of the entity BZTG less than 90 days ago. A number of PRs etc at the time we thought control was in hand some 18 months ago were made, they will be revisited on the 7/11/07 at a meeting of parties with a substantial financial interest.

I oppose the company using cash reserves to buy stock on market, and prefer that the parties with the most at stake acquire more stock on market.

I can not see any near future need to issue additional stock however from time to time in M&A negotiations it is an important tool to close deals, the only reason stock is or ever will be issued is to acquire assets, every listed company does this and I see no problem with it.

In relation to the Audit we plan to list in HK and on the BSE in India, HK I feel should be our prime listing location however this will be subject to discussions in the near future the Audit will only be presented at that time.
