Yes, it is a pink sheet stock, and that is why the price is not where it should be at. The MM's do not have to make the .49 bid until shareholders approve the deal. They are playing on soft hands to acquire shares.

patience is key and you will be happily rewarded. There is no risk here, other than the MM games, which can't be played long, time is not on their side.
