Thats where your wrong. The intention is not only there evidence by the funds raised in PPM and no significant dilution in all those years, as well as the recent DOT filing - but 99.9% of OTCBB companies would have dumped their stock and bailed on their investors long ago. What other companies have remained in good standing with the SEC and continued to pursue their B Plans without dismantling their share structures over a period of 10 years?? NONE that i know of besides this one. wE all acknowledge the fact that Baltia has spent many years trying to get this done and has failed in the past due to funding issues. We are here now because we believe this time they will do it. This is their LAST chance. They know it. And we know it. This board is very well informaed of the risk/REWARD here. Thanks for your post, but your analogy is very inaccurate.
