The problem with this if-no-contract-then-no-hold philosophy is that later when the contract is signed and the PR hits the press announcing the contract then those not holding will be caught with their pants down. The only way it makes sense to sell now and wait for the big contract is if you happen to work at the PR firm hired by LNGT to release the PR or you have some other way of receiving special advance notice.
