Hi Rick,

I just finished everything I wanted to do with my place. Values have gone up in my area like everywhere else and I am sitting on a fairly expensive (in my opinion) property. However I am a poor person in my neighborhood. I've got one of the least expensive homes. My neighbors are mostly retired well-to-do, a lot of their homes are $1 million and up, hell one is a 14,000 sq. ft ranch, so I don't think that the upcoming crunch will affect us. These people have some serious money and the area is very desireable. A new superhighway now makes it a suburb of Tampa. Famous last words, LOL.
