Letter to BOD/Management (minor corrections)

Dear Sir(s):
I am a shareholder of record and have been such for a considerable period of time. I am writing to you today to express my concerns and that of my fellow shareholders over management’s lack of communication and execution of its business plan. I initially invested in this company, at a price much greater than the current price per share, based on the promise that the company’s exciting technologies would be licensed and/or commercialized in a timely manner. This has not occurred and management’s silence over the past year has been very troubling. In addition, communication with anyone at the company has been futile, with numerous phone calls and E-mails having gone unanswered.
As a consequence of the current situation, I/we are asking for an immediate conference call and/or shareholder update explaining the current status of all technologies including but not limited to All/clear, Nanofilter CX, and Mapsands as well as the company’s current incorporation status.
I/we make this request with the expectation that the management of United States Global Nanospace will honor its fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders. In lieu of an immediate response from management I/we will insist that the Board of Directors explore the sale and/or merger of the company in order to preserve what remains of our initial investment.
