... for the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB") or Pink Sheets (see link below), so Mr. Van Dyke has some "splaining" to do concerning yesterday's release boasting that Integrity Aircraft "has submitted its required paperwork for a new trading symbol with NASDAQ to reflect the new company name."

In the game of due diligence, this is called false information.
