well, they were able to put together a good pr. will the market believe them? time will tell. based on the reports that were put out we should be trading in the $10-12 range (still a far cry from the $20 i need to break even, but an improvement). let's see if they can close some (just one) of the deals that were discussed over the past year+ for that additional help. i just don't understand why they waited so long to publish this, are business dealings in russia really that slow?
