The 8K is history. Over. Done. The R/S ? Andrew told several people today it's not in the short term plan. It's a ways off. Look how long it took them to complete the merger. They don't have a R/S plan yet, lol.

Of course its not in the short term plan. Hunsacker needs some time to dilute the rest of the authorized shares... he can't dilute a billion or so shares within a month... why would they R/S this soon when they still have PLENTY of authorized shares to sell? That would make no sense...
