Does anyone else know of another restaurant around using the same business model. How do you find out about companies like this before they go boom - small cap IPO. I am looking for anothe IPO to jump all over, housing may go to crap, retail sells may fall, but everybody's gotta eat, and $10 a meal is pretty fair and the company set-up seems to really fill a niche in the market.
