Hello, I am new here,

I was wondering, Blue, if U have had a conversation with the principal of Lesko....

Also, I am wondering why the PPS is so low... even in the (hopefully) unlikely event the shareholders prefer not to exchange their .10 shares for .49... wouldn't Lesko then just snap up all of the shares they could as soon as they could?

In fact, why wouldn't they be doing that now, to accumulate at a lower price than the .49 agreed to?
