Ok - so first - I am not posting this to create doubt! - I am long with SWVC and will continue to be. Being that one of the main topics today and has been when we all are going to see the 8K and subsequent events that are sure to follow - This post is trying to gain more clarity of the situation so that we can maintain a healthy board and not have things turn into a cluster like they have so many times before regarding when and why haven't we. That being said...

The response you got from Tom stated that the vote was complete. Did he give you any indication when it was completed?

Forgetting all the speculative posts and trying to stick with facts - if the vote was completed sometime last week or this morning then it would make sense that we haven't seen anything yet. But based off of what was included in your post -

"We anticipate finalization these amendments and an affirmative shareholder vote at WiseBuys this month. Immediately thereafter, we will close the merger and trigger the release of the audited financials in the 8K."

- Then I would expect that if the vote were completed at the end of September of the first week of October then we should be seeing something very shortly - i.e. this week.

However if the vote just took place more recently - common sense tells me that we are going to be waiting a little longer perhaps a week or two.

Either way it is a waiting game but trying to judge a timeframe is easier to do with facts rather than speculation. Thanks for your contribution to the board - I always enjoy your posts.
