I've been looking at a chart of the share price of ADTJ since January. Are there any SB-2's or any other form of dilution going on? It seems they've released nothing but good news (at least from the PR's that I could find...they're all about building the business and/or their imported product lines), yet the price has done nothing but trend downward until now.

Does anyone have an idea of what could have caused this? I'm just trying to figure out what (news, events, etc.) has caused the sudden increase in volume and price this month.... Considering the latest PR's have simply been "more of the same," compared to PR's since the beginning of the year.

I'd appreciate any insight!
