BRIAN1979-- you and me both :) (Although I waited a little longer to enter.) I was impressed with the quality of the CD/promotion. And I have no problem with them being paid (partly by the way) in shares-- restricted shares -- to include some going back to the 2005-2006 PP timeframe. It tells me the company structured this campaign fairly for all-- company, promoter and investor. Many companies dish out free trading shares that flood the market simultaneously with the promo (which more times than not, merely amounts to a P&D).
I think by sharing these facts the investing public is made aware of the sharp differences. Then expressed as my opinion-- this equates, in part, to the short and long term "health" of this stock. SPKL is a very healthy stock :)
How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four; calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg.
