Would you put people that own the stock and have watched the stock drop over 50% in 1 month and have taken no action in the same category?

I would.

OTC's are not investments. They are short term momentum trades. As soon as you start talking about low volume and how everyone that is selling at this price is an idiot, it means that you have gone into hope mode and have lost control of your investment/trade.
