This is the way it always seems to go. One firm files and then all of the vultures jump on. The cases seem to always get combined and in most situations that I have witnessed (unless there were egregious violations) the cases are dismissed. There is a high level of proof required. If this sp price tumbles again because of this farce I will be buying like crazy.
