I would offer you have little to no idea why I mention the promotion again as it is apparent you either didn't read, or don't believe what I posted in that regard.

The promotion is an issue as is the PP as is the financial data.

The promotion is a current non-issue as it is a win-win.
The PP is a current non-issue as the IPO and trading activity has easily absorbed any PP sellers.
The fins are a current non-issue as SPKL should be very successful in gaining $$ for the IPO.

That does not mean to say they are permanent non-issues.

Maybe we got off on the wrong foot? I am looking at this stock from all sides as I do with every other stock I consider. I share what I find as I do with all other stocks I research as I believe in sharing with the community. I have been accumulating shares of SPKL at various levels beginning shortly after it reached $1. I will continue to buy and sell as I interpret market conditions. Most of my purchases have been at the ask.

Are you looking for something nefarious? Would you believe I am a karma/dharma follower (because I am -- and it should be apparent by my posting history)?
