If I may. RE:To date I have seen no evidence that the conversion took place and the threes may only be a threat

You won't see them. Not saying they have or not, just that you,or I will never know. { this in regarding to cashing them} If your refering to have they been issued, yes over 100 million worth. To who, pinksheet has the exact wording but it seems clear to members of the compsany
