This is from another board so I hope jimmenknee doesn't mind.
I think if you on that list than MM is naked shorting (correct me if I'm wrong).

NASD's version of Reg SHO. In a nutshell, it affords similar protections from abusive shorting to securities that don't meet Reg SHO requirements.
