kacey, one more thought in regards to your DD on the 350 billion a/s increase. The filings reveal Joseph Morales, who basically just made an appearance in this scam, was the one who signed-off on the a/s increase to 350 billion shares. He got the a/s increase and exited stage left. I posted about that in real time, but all the posts were deleted. No one seemed to care about Morales or his vitae. Too bad. Seems relevant.
I also like the 'Fred Flinstone' that Love pulled in the corporation filings, "Frank G Loverock". I hear him, Fan & Gouveia are forming a new corp. The directors will be Lloyd Fanrock, Tony Gouveiastone and Constatine Paparockolous. ;0)
