It was a ploy to dump shares.....as classic a pump and dump scenario as I have ever seen (as a matter of fact)....and it was also the only way that he could justify converting the debentures based on some "in buy-out talks" clause of somekind...

At this point in time, one would even have to begin to question the existence of some new investment group??? So where and what is/are all these new funds buying????

I certainly don't see evidence of any new contracts or around the world coverage (carriage) do you???
