Wouldn't we be able to find out if they had indeed shorted the stock and in what quantity, so we could at least have a heads up on how much dilution we could anticipate by May? They certainly won't be able to pay this debt off, and refinancing is iffy in this market; so unless they have already done substatial shorting, which I doubt they could have done without our knowledge, we still are in for a doubling of the total outstanding shares; quite a formidable obstacle to a sustained rally.

My fear is still more death spiral financing to further dilute O/S, as I have so often seen before, until substantial revenues are accomplished; they sure gave themselves a short deadline by making it next May!!!
