unfortunately, GMFX is in way too deep with GGI....even post RS, they owe GGI hundreds of millions of shares just to pay off the CD's owed as a result of the SB-2/2A.....deadly toxic financing at its very best!

Can't wait for the first update from JF...it ought to be a douzzy....and not to mention another drop in subs is my guess or at very best little to no sub growth!
