Shiz,

Do you know if some or all of the 700M+ shares intended for the Komex deal were given to VP and/or MR? If so what's your take on Phoenix getting them back? Also, if they do get some shares back and they still have some unused, do you think the company will retire them back to the treasury? This could have a significant impact on company valuation.
