and like i posted ptsc doesn't hve to prove that everybody in the world used 100% of their patent they only have to prove that they infringed even on a small scale.

the rewards would still be large.

i would love to be at the trial.

i would ask intel. did you design variable speed clocking? where did you get the idea from to use variable speed clocking? why didn't you patent it if you felt it was the foundation of your pentium processors?

did you ever ck with te patent office if there whas a patent on this or a patent pending of vairable speed clocking?

they new it all along. they were betting the patent would never go through. and they figured ptsc wouldn't have the money to do battle in court over patent infringement, because it can cost millions to bring this kind of action to trial.

its just a matter of time. they all know it.

i see www.bandolaw has ptsc all over their web site the word will get out. its already flying all around the industry.
