He did it by funding the day to day operation of the rebuilding process of the mill, ok we never like dilution but they did things right. Start-up is just around the corner (dilution appears over) with money coming into the coffers. It's inevitable! The low price has allowed me and others to price average down so my loss at the current price is much lower than if I wasn't able to bring my average down so low. I transfered more money into my account today, we'll see if the price stays low enough for me to get more shares at the current low low price but hey, if it takes off Monday and I have to pay a higher price when my money has cleared then thats good too. It's all good at this point. ALL GOOD!!!
