The part of the PR's that I was referring to is that they are saying that the plane has not yet been built nor has it been certified. From the Oct 2nd PR on this page:

"Mr. Peter Van Dyke, CEO of Integrity Aircraft Holdings Corporation, today stated that it has been in the process of developing, manufacturing and marketing of a low cost 20 seat, high performance, single engine turbo prop aircraft to be known as "INTEGRITY" . NOW LET ME TRANSLATE FOR YOU. UNLESS THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE PROTOTYPE IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS, IT IS NOT YET BUILT.

...besides if you talk to Mr. Van Dyke he will tell you that the plane is going to be certified by the British not the American FAA.

ONCE MORE I WILL TRANSLATE: "GOING TO BE CERTIFIED". THIS INDICATES NOT CERTIFIED AS OF 10/12/07.

Now, let me say: If they are being deceptive in these two statements, then that COULD MEAN that they already have completed a plane and it IS ALREADY CERTIFIED!
So if THAT is the case, why would they lie? I will tell you one possibility. They want the stock to go down so that THEY can buy it up cheaper. When the GOOD NEWS comes out and IT IS
verified and orders start coming in, THE STOCK MIGHT BE A BIT HIGHER THAN IT IS NOW!
