they will never have any "credibility" so long as they have a clause that states they cant be held libal for violitions of thier fudiciary duties. (sorry for the misspellings) keep in mind that their "credibility includes the fact that they state that neither the insider or the company is dumping shares on the market. Well tell me how is it that none of us "outsiders" have our shares yet and there are tons of shares being bought and sold? well the only two other groups with shares are the company and insiders. yea they have "credibility".
