technically although it is "tricked out" it is available stock from Ford, the MRT is part of the Ford SEMA line which is just an extension of their performance division.so yes you can by this car at a ford dealership. I work for bmw so it easy to relate with them, so its like a B7 alpina, or even an M3, M5, or M6, which are part of there motorsport division
