I doubt installing this exhaust will void any warranties.usually an aftermarket part only voids the warranty if it causes another part to fail, for example you install a chip and it fries your ecu, or install a new intake system then drive through a puddle and crack a connecting rod.It is very unlikely that an exhaust will cause any damage to another part of the car.
Turbo cars at least non diesels, dont know too too much about them, need backpressure.One reason for this is that backpressure creates heat in the exhaust and contrary to popular belief a turbo spins not based on the speed of the air flowing past it, but based on the heat of the air.too much flow equals cooler temps and less boost pressure from the turbo thus less power.on some non turbo cars, backpressure is used for scavenging, where unburnt fuel in the cylinder stays in the cylinder even after the combustion and exhaust stage, and contribute to the next engine cycles fuel supply,this mostly just helps with mileage though, not so much increased power.
From what it looks like though Aeros exhaust can do both have backpressure when needed and eliminate it when not. if your car is at wide open throttle there will be an increased amount of low pressure created because of the Coanda effect and Bernoulli which will draw out more exhaust gas from the engine.however under normal cruising/throttle conditions there will be less flow and therefore more backpressure.this is how i understand at least, there are several schools of thought regarding performance in cars and none of them are 100% right all the time because each car is designed differently.
