kacey, first of all, any "assets" they put in TMM/Cinemax WA will be put into a PRIVATE COMPANY controlled by Fan & Gouevia. TMM sold Cinemax Ca the QBID public vehicle. Secondly, Gouveia fails to address he published on Cinemax's website on 10/4/07 that a "merger was consummated on 10/5/07". To date there is still no "merger". Like I reported, the WA Secretary of State disclosed the filings were being investigated for "changing the number of shares".
Lastly, Fan's "concern" is so "great" that he sold himself/Cinemax Ca the QBID public vehicle and Gouveia is now claiming they will fill the PRIVATE empty WA corp with the assets! LMFAO!!! Gouveia, how is that JMCP Rosneft Oil JV going? LMFAO!!
