florist, it's amazing how fast the unpaid QTN employees were forgotten about. Fan even FAILED TO APPEAR at the California Labor Board Hearing resulting in a default judgment against QTN & Fan. Gouveia never kept his word of a follow-up PR to notify the unpaid employees of the status of the "QTN ASSET RECOVERY PLAN". IMO, Fan & Gouveia simply keep QTN's corporate status active with the hope someday they could collect the $31 million QTN owes TMM, nka Cinemax WA. IMO, that is the only reason they keep the empty shell, now private, Cinemax WA corp in active status as well, hoping someday to collect that $31 million. The unpaid employees were simply used, IMO, in Fan & Gouveia's efforts to get their hands on that $31 million QTN owes TMM/Cinemax WA.

Agreed. I don't know who that Gouveia person is so I can't say much about him but I do know from personal experience that the so called
"QTN ASSET RECOVERY TEAM", was total BS in my opinion and I refuse to have anything to do with it and so glad I listen to my Brooklyn instincts.
