I see it the same way.

Ideally I think it would be beneficial to have atleast one contract in place from another partner prior to the close of the bid process to show the reviewers that the CVJ's can be manufactured in house. I guess that is my thought anyway. It sounds like there are several potential projects underway that were mentioned in the CEO updates that could potentially play into this.
