Other than a news release indicating that the patent number has been granted, it may be some time before there is new news. I suspect the company will need to have the right people carefully access who is infringing on the accepted claims. A lawsuit is dangerous as counter-lawsuits can also be filed. Royalty agreements are more friendly but will also take a long time to identify and hammer-out.
The good news is that many players want to be ahead of the curve and it's the sizzle that sells the steak. Big players are aware of the potential of WLGC's patent and the stock may rise simply in anticipation of big revenues.
