Hey bike he did spell out the convershion in a past pr, he put in it if you had 10000 shares of phgi you would have 10000 shares of the new phgi otcbb listing and 10000 shares under the old phgi under a new name in a one for one convershion, will try to find that pr for you guys, but this was his intentions but a .005 stock price wasn't, if he does a reverse I don't think it will be any higher than a 1 for 3
