Your homework deserves an A+. Even the bashers must admit that you have proven Van Dyke had an association with Premier Aviation as per his creds. Also, we now see that the claims of the bank and county bd. creds have not been DIS-proven.

By looking at the time line we can even begin to piece together the guy's resume. If he was on the Kane co. bd. it would have been prior to 1972. Then note the date at the lower right on the bank doc of June, 1987.

If he served there the 7 years he claims, we know that he did it prior to mid '87. The Premier Aviation thing shows his work from 2002 into 2006 if not 2007. The revocation in Sept 2007 seems to be for failing to file. We don't know what happened to Premier.

So, I'd call that a good start. It would be nice to fill in the blanks. Also if anyone cares, is it possible to check out the educational creds? Four institutions of higher education are referenced. What degrees does he have? If they are legit then I'd say that would be alot of education to be a con-artist.
