It's all based on some pending news. This company files with the SEC so verifying the information that comes out of it should not be too difficult. We will just have to wait and see. The stock is in play, clearly its seeing action - though today was light....I would watch this one in the coming weeks. I hear the new board member has some pretty interesting military contacts.
