can anyone comment re the following?

i have never been offered any 'preferred' stock thru my account with Scotrade. i have never called Scotrade re this matter, but should they have informed me I had this option (which i would not have taken)?

really curious.


first purchased 9/11/07 134,000 shares and now have 800k shares.
