yeah i am with you, i know its a bad 8K, but its still PINK haha, and is it that bad that it would drop the PPS 80% or so? we carried the debt from Aero, so that explains the debt. and sales of 6 months just cant be compared to annual numbers, dividing them by 4 or 2 is not accurate, quarters fluctuate a lot for FCCN.
