Greetings,

It has been a while since I have posted here. Frankly I had become quite disgruntled over the UPZS situation and needed to walk away for a while. I had intended on taking a trip out to the Hemet area to check on the "store" but have failed to do so for now.

I do have a couple of questions in regards to those that listened to the CC. I was just wondering if anyone could share this information with me.

1. Are restricted shares being sold and at what price and by
who? I am asking this because last time this happened the
share price fell to the discounted price.
2. When do the previous "restricted" shares become
unrestricted.
3. Did FC host this CC?
