I dont believe that there is enough time left to buy the stock ,get the stock certificates and exchange them into PDRS.I feel that that offer will be soon taken of the table.Those of us who were fortunate to do that will be grately rewarded.As far as the US market ,it means nothing right now.Somehow I have a feeling that MT will eventually stick it to them.Especially Ameritrade and others.IMO
