I am also hopeful and the only thing about getting behind Diac is if he threatened violence to Mendoza and Davilla which a lot of people say is proven.
1. If Davilla was shot as other information leaking out is saying Mendoza not following through on depositions should not be a shock and Judge should see as much.
2. Not sure I want Calypso to settle with someone like that if they have proof of the threats that originally happened.
I am not jumping ship on this stock I was only commenting on the sudden switch of views that one of the frequent posters on this board had, not calling him out or anything like that I have no information to bring to the board and P2K brings a lot I thought it sounded like something behind the scenes going down.I have been a shareholder in this company since 2003 I will hold it till I can sell at a good profit or they go under.
