Excellent lunch at the new Fishers, IN Pickle today!!

I got the South Side Panini, chips, and a drink for $9.52. That is a pretty comparable price to other higher end sub shops in the area. Just a bit higher than a MCALISTER'S DELI that is right down the street. The Spicy Pickle on the side was very tasty!!

I really liked the location. Very easy to see from the street. There was another Bar/Grill in the same location that didn’t make it. Beef O’brady maybe. I never went there so it was probably no good.

There were approx. 20 people eating. More streaming in. One thing that stuck out was the amount of employees. I counted 10. They seemed packed in behind the counter. They had lots of advertising for their catering services. I believe they expect that to be a big part of the business. It could be the reason for the amount of workers.

I spoke to the franchise owner John. He actually cleared my table. He owns the Castleton location as well. They are currently looking for a location on the West side of town that could open early to mid 2008.

All in all,,,, a fine lunch!
